Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and industry disruptions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation gaps and prioritize R&D initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots

- Establish KPIs for tracking technology adoption and ROI of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-oriented solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFTE, MIT Professional Education)
