Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptions through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Develop future-proof governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact in at least two emerging domains
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or blockchain
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps from concept to enterprise deployment
- Certified in Futures Studies (CFP) or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology transformations generating >$50M revenue
