Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and algorithmic governance
- Partner with VPs to align R&D with market disruption timelines
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints with 20+ engineers and designers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in future forecasting (Gartner, Forrester, or equivalent)
- Published research in quantum/AI/neurotech convergence
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000 and IEEE ethical standards
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
