- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks and sustainable tech implementation guidelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems for emerging tech partnerships

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products in quantum/AI/blockchain spaces
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Certified in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) or equivalent framework
