Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, decentralized AI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams in rapid prototyping cycles
- Develop KPI frameworks for future technology adoption metrics
- Conduct competitive intelligence on next-gen tech implementations
- Architect scalable infrastructure for 2026-era digital experiences
- Present quarterly tech foresight reports to executive leadership

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
