Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 industry projections and company vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, biotech, Web3) to identify high-impact opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present compelling tech roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI and ethical tech deployment
- Forecast market disruption scenarios and prepare adaptive response strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight credential preferred
- Experience building tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
