- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic chips, bio-integrated systems)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives and market disruption
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and global tech leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members securing $500M+ in future funding
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Anticipate ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (quantum/AI/biotech focus)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Strong network within global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Published thought leader on technology disruption (IEEE, Nature, or similar)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech implementation
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder engagement
