Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen technologies (quantum, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and change management initiatives
- Mentor R&D teams in future-proofing solutions against technological disruption
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance for emerging domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 transformative tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics) or relevant advanced degree
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech implementation with measurable business impact
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
