Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable architecture
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with EU Green Deal or UN SDG tech implementation
- PhD in Technology Futures, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
