Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee prototyping and pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Maintain technology intelligence database and trend forecasting systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized tech
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or scale-up tech companies
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (preferred)
