- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with ROI projections and risk assessments
- Establish KPI frameworks for technology adoption and competitive positioning
- Monitor patent landscapes and academic breakthroughs to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with successful implementation
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI governance, quantum applications, or biotech integration
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Prior experience scaling global tech initiatives across multiple markets
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
