Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) across AI, quantum, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams to identify moonshot opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for pilot projects
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or climate tech
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
