Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026-focused technology strategy roadmap with measurable innovation milestones
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and next-gen IoT ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with C-suite to align technology investments with market expansion and sustainability goals
- Author thought leadership frameworks on ethical AI adoption and digital sovereignty
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES) to shape industry discourse
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented technology roadmaps with measurable impact
