Responsibilities

- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation portfolios and allocate R&D resources for maximum impact
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- PhD or equivalent industry-academic recognition preferred
