- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching commercialized future-tech products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in future-mapping tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
