Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech investment opportunities with ROI-focused analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech policy developments and ensure compliance with emerging regulations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech experience)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, IP frameworks, and ethical AI principles
