Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 5-year technology strategy roadmap for 2026-2031
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR) and competitive landscapes
- Develop investment frameworks for R&D initiatives in next-gen tech domains
- Partner with product teams to integrate breakthrough innovations into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and stakeholders
- Build and lead a global innovation network of tech partners and academic institutions
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
