Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-focused solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Define KPIs for measuring the impact of future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term tech strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and predictive modeling skills
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend analysis
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation (preferred)
