Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Conduct competitive analysis and disruption risk assessments for future tech domains
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate technology strategy into corporate planning
- Manage cross-functional innovation initiatives with 5-7 year implementation horizons
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and investor materials
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated impact on business transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation journals
