- Produce high-impact trend briefings and scenario-planning frameworks
- Drive strategic partnerships with research institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Forward Academy
- Present annual innovation forecasts to global stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial or social impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, weak signal analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning frameworks for 2025+ horizons
