Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-state capabilities

- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and startups for early-stage innovation scouting
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology certification preferred
- Track record of launching at least two disruptive products with >$50M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills using tools like Gigerenzer's heuristics
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology trend predictions with >80% accuracy
