Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AI, blockchain)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Present technology strategies to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior technologists and drive innovation culture across departments
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, IoT, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and financial forecasting capabilities
- Fluency in English with additional languages preferred
