Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum algorithms, neuro interfaces)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate breakthrough discoveries
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption in climate, healthcare, and security domains
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, evolving AI acts)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience securing federal grants and DARPA-style innovation funding
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
