Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of engineering excellence and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive technical solutions.
- Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and reduce time-to-market.
- Participate in technical decision-making, including database architecture and microservices strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and a backend language (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
