Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to forecast industry shifts through 2030
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate and prototype future solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for collaborative R&D
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impact on innovation
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical technology frameworks in product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong stakeholder management experience across C-suite levels
- Published research or patents in technology innovation preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
