Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy positioning Innovatech for 2026 market leadership
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation digital solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior engineers in future-focused development methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications for 2026 compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disruptive products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing fundamentals
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
