Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience

- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in PyTorch 2.0+ and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience scaling AI systems for 10M+ concurrent users
- Certification in ISO/IEC 42001 AI Management Systems
