Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and healthcare
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish innovation labs in 3 strategic global markets by 2026
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 firms
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS or Foresight Practitioner)
