Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with global tech leaders, research institutions, and startups
- Drive innovation through R&D initiatives, hackathons, and internal technology incubators
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Manage technology innovation budget ($5M+ annual allocation)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling technology initiatives across global markets
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, sustainable tech)
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board-level decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
