- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring quantum computing applications and AI governance frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in biotech, clean energy, and metaverse ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $2M annual innovation fund supporting startup partnerships and R&D initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology impacts
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation for emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for technology ROI modeling
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy preferred
