Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with market expansion and sustainability goals
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026+ use cases
- Drive patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
