- Coordinate cross-functional R&D initiatives with MIT, Stanford, and global tech consortiums
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Author white papers on quantum computing applications and neuro-interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years in strategic tech planning
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI systems
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing architectures and NIS2 compliance
- Experience with venture capital due diligence for deep tech startups
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in Technology Strategy from MIT Sloan or equivalent
