Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead innovation labs and incubation programs for next-gen product development
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI on future-tech initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor teams in emerging technology adoption and future-proofing practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to enterprise level
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
