Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their commercial viability by 2026
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation initiatives through prototyping, pilot programs, and R&D collaborations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology implications and opportunities
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management (e.g., CTO, TOGAF)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive presence and experience influencing C-level decision-making
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals preferred
