Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptors (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical innovations into scalable commercial applications
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across product lifecycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on 2020+ innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published research or patents in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience leading teams through paradigm shifts (e.g., cloud migration, blockchain adoption)
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Track record of securing $10M+ budgets for experimental tech initiatives
- Strong network within DARPA, IEEE, or similar future-tech organizations
