Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI analysis for experimental projects
- Author thought leadership pieces on technology evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, AI ethics, bio-integration)
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio management
- Experience presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
