Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, focusing on quantum-AI-biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions, from neural interfaces to climate modeling systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential through patent analysis and startup scouting
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and government innovation labs
- Present technology foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and cross-industry collaboration events
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ implementation landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years strategic experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, or biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI systems
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology transformation initiatives
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, etc.) or equivalent industry impact
