Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with NASA, MIT, and WHO on climate modeling and biotech solutions
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Drive commercialization of 3D-printed medical devices and smart infrastructure
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Leaders Incubator Program
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Proven expertise in quantum computing algorithms or neural network optimization
- Published research in Nature/Science on climate or biotech innovations
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (FAA/FDA)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of scaling tech startups to Series B+ funding
