Responsibilities
- Architect 10-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI-bio convergence domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neurotech, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical adoption of disruptive innovations
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage pilot programs for prototyping 2026+ technologies
- Author white papers on societal impact of exponential tech trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in technology innovation or strategic planning roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technology initiatives
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Published work on future technology implications preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment
