Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and organizational goals
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead innovation labs and pilot programs for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, etc.)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into commercial solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and manage external partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven experience forecasting technology trends and translating insights into strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
