Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives

- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology strategy with corporate vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Manage innovation lab operations and prototype development
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and investors
- Drive digital transformation across all business units
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Experience with venture capital technology due diligence
- Deep understanding of global tech regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/C++ preferred)
- Patents or major IP contributions in emerging tech
