Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Engineering preferred
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neural networks, and decentralized systems
- Experience with federal tech policy frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE) and Technology Innovation Management (TIM)
