Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Conduct experimental research on quantum hardware systems and error correction protocols
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum computing into machine learning frameworks

- Lead cross-functional projects with physicists, engineers, and software developers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum information science or quantum algorithms
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)

- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
