Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of future concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry consortia
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies through change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in futurism or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, IoT, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism domains
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering/Strategic Planning
