Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for upcoming AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and deploy robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Model Development: Research, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning models for NLP, Computer Vision, or predictive analytics.
- Talent Management: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to Machine Learning/AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and managing project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically about the long-term implications of technology and anticipate future trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
