Responsibilities
- Scan emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess market viability for 2026-2030
- Develop multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead pilot programs for next-gen solutions (neural interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing products
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
