Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with global sustainability goals and technological disruption trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities in biotech, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate market shifts and regulatory impacts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Monitor and report on KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and adoption rates
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and systemic thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of leading successful large-scale transformation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD, CIPM) strongly preferred
