Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps spanning 3-5 years, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical vision with business objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and patent analysis for emerging domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation incubation projects from ideation to prototype validation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Author forward-looking technology whitepapers and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends in AI, quantum, or biotech
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership in emerging technologies
- Experience scaling innovation programs in corporate environments
