Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced materials, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
