Responsibilities

- Research & Development: Lead R&D efforts to explore emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline, including generative AI and edge computing.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of models in production environments, reducing latency and improving throughput.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering high-impact projects on time.
